Growing Bugs List...

I'll be updating this as I find more. People can DM me if they want the angry, complainy versions. I'll try to keep this as calm and concise as possible.

• Menus, Overlays, Etc.
Summer started and the screen-filling notification to get rid of my withered spring crops would not dismiss, no matter how much I clicked and tried to open other menus. When I restarted the game, it appeared again. Third restart of the game finally got it down, though. This happens with some other things that pop up on the screen.

•Rabbits and Chickens
At some point, they just stopped eating and, therefore, stopped producing eggs and cotton. I pet them, brush them, and take them outside but they just suddenly stopped. Selling them (didn't want to) and buying new ones didn't fix it.

•Buffs
I'm not sure if this is intentional but if I pause (and therefore stop time), any buffs I have still deteriorate. So if I afk for a moment, I can come back to no more buff despite having paused. NPCs, enemies, and animals also keep walking/behaving as if I haven't paused. I could understand this happening in multiplayer, but I only play single player.

•Controller
I stopped playing with a controller because the game didn't seem to respond well/at all to it. I use a PS4 controller if that matters...

• Watering Can
It has stopped working and won't refill. It was fine until I upgraded it to copper, in which it no longer functioned. Refilling it doesn't work. Love not farming in my farming game...

• Black Fog
I was cutting down a tree near one of those clouds of black fog. One of the logs fell in so I rubbed against the fog trying to see if I could get it. I got stuck and could not move. I remembered I had a mana potion in my inventory and tried to cast the vortex spell to free myself. Didn't work. Had to wait until I was forced into my house at midnight.

• Miasma
I super do not love standing NOWHERE near miasma and have the bar still filling up. I wasn't even in the part of the forest that had it. I was on my farm, trying to go grab the potions I made. But passed out right before I could grab it.

• Menu Not Working
Whenever I hit Esc and try to, say, look in my Almanac or even adjust settings... The buttons do not work. And then several minutes later, the settings menu I was trying to access will pop up. You know... Mid-combat or whatever when it is literally the most inconvenient.



I will also take this moment to suggest a few changes:
1) Allow me to sell full stacks of items. I don't see the point in growing a ton of crops if it takes me multiple days to sell them all.
2) Some quests DO NOT explain how to do them, and should. No idea how to make a pink flower or whatever the flower seller wants. Idk if she said how to, but I sure don't know. Is that the only quest I have no idea how to do? Nope.
3) NPCs wanting random gifts that change daily is kind of a hassle. Is there a way to just have a small list of things they will accept that you can give them from your inventory?
4) NPCs, enemies, and animals should not be allowed to move when I pause. Everything should stop. I get attacked in the mines if I need to pause for something and it's kind of a huge downer.
5) Double the length of the days, oh my god.

I upgraded my feeders for both the chickens and the cows, now everytime I feed both the "right click to add, press f to removed and left click to go back" wont go away whenever I go into creative or interact with npc

Aside from sugar, tea, and berries, all foragbles are gone except for in the Fae Realm. Based on observation and some experimentation, I think what happens is if they're cleared out when the season changes, new ones don't spawn.

Which should really have been caught in QA, but at least maybe other people can use this to avoid having this happen to them.

When playing multiplayer, the host is getting stuck in menus. The only way to fix it is to terminate the program and restart.

Shipping Contract - you forgot to add after unlocked you can't do anything with them

season changes bug - idk if anyone else gets it, but i have this big pop up saying w/e season it is and to click to continue but it doesn't work, i have to log out and back in to get it off my screen

animal feeding troughs are bugged - idk if anyone else has this issue, when i add grass and go off to do other stuff keep asking me if i want to add fed to the trough

my friend has this bug, she seemed really upset her game doesn't autosave and the save button doesn't work for her, she told me she had to start the game all over.


kinda wish the game wasn't so broken and very easy, and fast pace, kinda quit on year 1 of winter started to get dull fast, married, had both barns unlocked, tools fully upgraded to iron, i feel like is it even worth trying to unlock the other mines when everything takes 1-2hits?

Shipping Contract - The first one I grabbed worked for me and I need to wait three days to get the second one, but a ton of people are having this issue. Will update my post if I start getting the same issue.

I also have the season change and feeding trough bugs. The feeding one is less common, though. Only occasional.

Oh yeah, menu buttons have stopped working, so I need to add that.

I have joined my friends co-op on PC and originally I had a staff, but it disapeared when we went up to the snowy bit of the map (we were just exploring) I died I think and lost it then! But my friend still had hers. Not sure how to get it back :(

Also it would be nice when looking in storage while hovering over something it tells you what it is. Just helpful sometimes

Had this same issue happened after getting the upgraded fodder feeder it wasn't until I only putting 1 in that it would work.

Joining Coop Character gets deleted, if you connect on a new day. The joining member gets a default character without tools and items gathered in the story. So coop broken atm.

I am stuck in the job quests view. As soon as I interact with someone who has a job quest for me - it locks me in and I cannot right click to exit. My game does not save and I lose the whole day...

Yes, the dev/devs said they would be putting out a patch for some of the known bugs

Okie, I finished the whole game, not really needing to sell that much stuff andyou actually need to have stacks on the market? Why? Making money isnt that hard, its all pretty basic. lol

Cool. Doesn't matter to me at this point because I can't use the watering can, which the devs have not acknowledged despite dozens having it.

I can't water crops, so I can't grow crops, and have no reason to play this game, lmao.
At least I got an actual person at Steam to talk to me so maybe I can get a refund.
