Is the DLC worth getting the higher cost version?

I'm not seeing much in regards to the content of the DLC, and if I'm going to be shelling out such a large chunk of change for two free(for an extra $20) DLCs, I want to make sure that they are worth it. $20 extra for the DLC and in return I get horse armor, a couple costumes, and some pets? No thank you. A DLC that increases the exploration mass by 50%, another 20 hours game play, and some pets? That I'll look into.

For example, Stardew valley costs $15.00, and with the free SVE has enough content that I would pay a few bucks for it...

So...any idea on what the DLC will be?

Normally, yes, but this just popped up o my radar yesterday, the 5th. Other people might know more than me from developer posts, the discord channel, maybe a reddit forum.

My kids generally get me steam gift cards for my birthday, which is actually the release date. I'm trying to see how much of my own money I'm going to have to put in.

Dlc will bring new areas, stories, marriage candidates, and creatures (unsure if this is pets). There will be more but they are a surprise. I would recommend getting the deluxe now if these sound interesting as the price for dlc can increase and be more than $20. The dlc pricing has not been confirmed, it will not be cheaper than people who paid for deluxe.

I'm choosing to get the base version just because I don't mind paying more down the road for the DLC. I'll have more money set aside to afford it and right now I don't really want to pay 60 USD for a soundtrack and a promise.

I would wait on the DLC. I usually dont care for bundles like this that try to sneak in junk like soundtrack, PNG images, and other random junk as that's just a ploy to charge more.
