broken quest I think about minefield

so I went off to minefield as Moira told me to, did everything there, didn't only grab 1 mine but like 10 of them, yet my only options when talking to her about minefield is to lie which at this point is the truth... or to ask questiona bout it, not to hand in the quest... what do I do? I've never had this issue on my Playstation version.

You have to make your way to the center of the neighborhood ( which is somewhere around the swingset in the playground) to get credit for completing the task of getting through a minefield.

yeah that's what I found out. I did everythying except go to the playground lol.
