I'm not too worried about the OS, I keep a 64 bit version of XP's ISO on a flash drive, so I can dual boot my computer.
My main concern is
1. Laptop has no graphics card. Shares the RAM instead. Since fallout 3 only requires 2GB of Ram, Will the extra 2GB's be enough to make up for no gpu?
2. Game requires a Pentium 2.4GHz processor. I'm running a last gen Celeron 2.4. Is that going to be okay?
Note the Celeron N-series is an Atom-class (Baytrail-M) processor that's common in the lowest-end laptops, some netbooks, and also some tablets. It uses up to a measly 7.5W of power. For comparison, the lowest-grade Core i3 6th gen processor uses up to 35W of power. The Baytrail series is designed to sacrifice as much performance as needed to get the power usage and TDP down as low as possible.
