Will Fallout 3 Work On My Laptop? (Specs Included)
My Laptop is an Asus x551m.

Intel Celeron N2830@ 2.41GHz
Windows 10, 64 Bit
4 GB RAM

Now here's where it gets tricky

Intergrated graphics.
I'm hoping the 2 extra GB's of RAM Will be enough to make up for no graphics card. I can play other games just fine..

Mass effect 2
7 Days to Die (minimum settings)
Gary's Mod
Etc.

What do you think?

this game can be fairly hard to get running on any modern OS and computers , last time I've played fallout 3 was on windows 8.1 and I had to use some un-offcials patches and Fixes to get it running without constanly crashing.

I'm not too worried about the OS, I keep a 64 bit version of XP's ISO on a flash drive, so I can dual boot my computer.

My main concern is
1. Laptop has no graphics card. Shares the RAM instead. Since fallout 3 only requires 2GB of Ram, Will the extra 2GB's be enough to make up for no gpu?

2. Game requires a Pentium 2.4GHz processor. I'm running a last gen Celeron 2.4. Is that going to be okay?

I run the game on Windows 7 64 bit with a core2duo 1.87 GHZ. So yes, a slow processor is fine.

Considering Fallout 3 was originally ported to run a Playstation 3 at 30 FPS with 256MB of available VRAM you should be fine using the lowest settings. You can first try with only the main fixes found here: http://wiki.step-project.com/User:Kelmych/Fallout3#Core_Fixes (most of the other mods will likekly make your performance worse) But if you need/want more performance then you'll have to go into the DDSOpt instructions for texture optimization. The wiki also has Windows 10 fixes and troubleshooting, too.

Note the Celeron N-series is an Atom-class (Baytrail-M) processor that's common in the lowest-end laptops, some netbooks, and also some tablets. It uses up to a measly 7.5W of power. For comparison, the lowest-grade Core i3 6th gen processor uses up to 35W of power. The Baytrail series is designed to sacrifice as much performance as needed to get the power usage and TDP down as low as possible.
