How do you get access to your GFWL DLC?

I, too, am thrilled that Games for Windows Live is dead, but I purchased all my DLC through it ages ago, and I can't seem to access them anymore.

I know I could probably just purchase the GOTY version, but handing Bethesda another $8-$20 because they lost my ♥♥♥♥ for me just doesn't sit right.

1) download the files of dlcs on the internet
2) drop them in the folder
3) put the checks on before the launch
4) enjoy

if you bought the dlcs and now can't play them, you have all the rights to download them for free

I have the same issue, and contacted Bethesda Support, who ultimately said they do not support Games For Windows Live DLC, and to contact Microsoft Support instead.
