Game crashes every 30 minutes

Hi, so, like I said in the title, the game crashes every 30 minutes (i've played 60 minutes and both of the crashes had a 30 minutes delay between them) and I can't find anything about the game crashing every 30 minutes, I am not using any mods at the moment, it's really bothering me because for some reason when I crash I can't Alt+Tab to close the game and then launch it again, so I have to restart my PC every single time, and I think you get what I'm saying; It's unplayable.
Here are my specs;
16GB ram
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050
Intel Core i5-7400
OS: Windows 10 (i'm pretty sure that's the problem, like compatibility issues or smth like that)

Settings In-Game:
1920x1080 resolution
Fullscreen
Graphics on Ultra
Texture Quality on high
VSync On
Screen effects: HDR
(that's pretty much all I could think of for the things that could cause issues)

The game works perfectly fine until it crashes, the game just freezes when it crashes and I can't do anything to close it, so my PC pretty much gets stuck when it crashes. My PC is not the one freezing, as when I spam the windows key, I can see the start menu blinking, I can also Ctrl+Alt+Del and open the task manager, but I can't go on it. If you know how to fix this, please tell me, thanks for taking the time to read, and eventually helping me. If you need any file to find out what the issue is, just ask me. I will try playing again right now to see if it is really every 30 minutes, I will also try different setting like windowed to see if it fixes my issue.

EDIT: just found out that it crashes everytime i try to leave the vault for the first time, nothing happens at first and then it crashes.

FOUND OUT THE ISSUE.

Nice to see you fixed it, lots here have no idea that a bit of nous will usually fix the problems they are having rather than giving up. You have to remember this game is 10yrs old, its not updated anymore, and was never designed for newer systems.
