That's super clutch to know. Thanks.
By chance, do you know if the "Boss currency" (unsure what its called, the skull currency you get for defeating the bosses) is only used for unlocking new pages and slots? (I want to buy a new slot, just unsure if I should save for anything else since Im on page 2).
They are also used for weapon upgrades once you unlock them, but it's not worth saving them for that. Because once you are able to upgrade the weapons, you unlock a way to get more of them too.
One thing I missed out on at first, is that how you get them before that point, is linked to weapons. The 4 skulls on weapons is skulls you receive for boss 1-4 with that weapon equipped. So you gain more my using different weapons to beat bosses. To a maximum of 4 per weapon. (Until you unlock the other way to gain it)
So if you kill 2 bosses with a weapon, you will not gain any more with the same weapon on other runs before you kill boss number 3 (the orange machine thing)
I think it's to get people to try to beat bosses with different weapons and not just use the same weapons all the time.
When you don't gain the skull, you gain the other currency instead, so of thats the one you need more of, maybe use weapons you have already used.
That may have been explained but I missed it at first.
