Any working cheats or trainers?

I've tried a lot of trainers, none of them seem to work. Any ideas which ones might work? Thanks.

the old rules.ini still work best to modify anything in game. you should try it.

Basically yea. Get xcc editor, dig through the .mix files, find and extract rules.ini

Note that just like in RA, this won't always allow changing things in campaign missions, since a lot of those contain custom rule overrides inside the missions to tweak it for the specific mission scripting.

Thank you so much for the comments. I never knew about editing the rules.ini file (I've never really messed with editing files to modify resources, etc except for Caesar III), so it gives me something to look up and read in. Thanks again.

Use tibEd https://www.tibed.net/tibed1/ no need to extract rules.ini or any extra steps. just tibEd
