The Dune games were licensed, and EA does not own that license anymore, so they simply aren't allowed to sell them.

Eh, you can obtain them from abandonware or other places since it sounds like getting these games on Steam or GOG isn't going to happen after watching the ending of that video.

Sad.. very sad. The later Dune games came out at a time, when everyone was into pirating games and people moved to consoles, so they didn't make much money.
