Attack move
Is there no attack move or am I missing something. I'm currently playing the campaign and it's going good so far, very enjoyable. General Solomon is the best!

not that I remember, basically would have to immediately tell them go into guard mode (G) if I needed them to stop and just start attacking.

CTRL+ALT on the ground kinda works? But in Tib Sun it makes them MOVE to the place you click then guard, they just ignore everything else till they get there.

Thanks for the reply.
There is no true attack move in the early C&C games. I recall it was discussed whether they'd add it to the remasters and they decided not to. I believe there were reasons to do with gameplay but don't recall exactly.

G to set guard is good to use on units you aren't managing

edit: CTRL + Left click is force attack where ever you click, the ground, a tree, your units etc

That's not what they said though. They said [Ctrl]+[Alt]+click, which makes the units guard the area around whatever you target with it.

there is an attack move in this game... through waypoints
add some waypoints from your base to the enemy base, and the ctr+alt+click on the start of the waypoint, and your unist will follow it and engage any enemy they get in their range, also ctr+alt+click on the ground, sometimes makes them act like generals area guard, where they engage any enemies in the designated area, sometimes they only engage enemies after arribing to the center of the designated protected area, and sometimes they go to that point, but defend themselves if attacked on their way (at least infantry does that, i never "guard area click" titans because at least, they can fire on the move)
(just tested the waypoint method, and is kind of buggy, sometomes works, sometimes dont, sometimes it only works with half of the squad you sent)
