Is it possible to change language?

I´m from Germany and CnC Generals was famously cut for the German market. It is not possible to change the language in the Origins version, but is it possible in the Steam version when you but if from a German IP?

Dann ist das Spiel auf deutsch und Uncut

Klick Generals mit rechts an und wähle Eigenschaften, da kannst du die Sprache auf Englisch stellen und hast das Spiel uncut.

Stell das Spiel in Steam einfach auf Englisch dann ist es automatisch uncut.
