The zip file contains genpatcher. Its a false positive. Its 100% safe.
Plus, all the major A/V companies give it a good rating. Google, MSFT, Sophos, Norton, Malwarebytes, Kaspersky, Avast, etc. You are fine.

Last time I say this. Its a false positive. Some mods that patch an exe give a false positive because of their behavior. Which some A/V scanners pick up as malicious due to what its doing to the executable file, but will not harm your system as it only installs updates and fixes to the game files. Nothing else gets installed or runs on the computer.
There is nothing malicious with this and is a false positive. Thats why only 7 out of 71 scanners pick it up. If it was actually a virus you would see that it would be flagged by other scanners, but its not.
