Help with 2 Monitors
Anyone know how to the fix the issue where my mouse drags off the screen when scrolling left or right? (Left in this case) I never had dual monitors when I was younger so any help would be appreciated

I downloaded this app:
http://s382701517.online.de/apps/PrimaryLock.zip

Then did this steps:
1. Created a folder for it in common/<generals game you want>
2. Created a .bat file in common/<generals game you want>
3. Fill the bat file with this code
@echo off cd /d "G:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Command and Conquer Generals" start generals.exe cd /d "G:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Command and Conquer Generals\Lock Screen" start PrimaryLock.exe exit
(make shure to replace with your directories)
4. in the generals game launch options write:
<.bat name you used in step 2> %command% (for me it was Lock %Command%)
5. In Documents loock for the generals game folder, locate the options.ini file and inside it locate "Resolution=" and use your native resolution.
6. start the game as usual and it should start the PrimaryLock script and right after start the game. When you exit the game you close the script manualy

I just fixed this issue. I have not tried the gen patcher though.

On Windows 10, Windows recognizes that you have a second monitor even if it is turned off. The way I fixed it was by unplugging the second monitor (unhooked the DisplayPort plug), then Generals ran fine.

It's true though. Win+P, scroll down until you can have a single monitor on. I mean, you're playing a video game. No need for the second monitor.

My only problem with genpatcher is the last time I tried to run it, Windows Defender flagged it as a virus and I have HUGE trust issues with ♥♥♥♥ like that

write this into the startoptions "-win -quickstart -forceBenchmark -noFPSLimit" works with 2 monitors

For all who uses multimonitors > 1.
You should try out displayfusion.
Using this for years now.
I dont know a better solution for the problems which are comming with using more than 1 monitor.

It isn't that its a virus. It is that it works the same way some viruses work. It is catching the behavior, not anything else. Just use the official link and you should be fine.
