Elite vs Veteran flak trooper damage fix?

I've not looked, but just wondering has the bug of elite flak trooper has lower air attack damage than the regular flak trooper got fixed (can't remember exact, but think it was to do with elite flak trooper can fire 2 shots in one go, but damage reduced from 20 to 8)?

given this is just a relaunch i don't think balance changes were made. but you can get the multiplayer client https://cncnet.org/yuris-revenge from cncnet and it has a fan balance patch you can tick on for skrimish or online games. It fixes the flak trooper damage while also buffing and nerfing some other things as an example tesla troopers now have better range so tanks can't infinitely kite them and initiates garrison damage was nerfed significantly.
