CnCNet, is a viruse?
after download this from https://cncnet.org/
I get this massage:
"make sure you trust CnCNet5_YR_Installer.exe before you open it"

my windows defender dose not trust this .exe file
should I ?

It will trigger but it's safe.

CnCNet is perfectly safe.

It can trigger virus scanner warnings, but that's just because all virus scanners are paranoid as hell these days; they are known to literally mark programs as "potentially a virus" simply because they don't know it.
