how to play black screen?

yes I do but just literally nothing happens, freezes

Did you install any 3rd party fixes? I know the game used to have this issue, but the new updates added with the Steam release should fix that…

its possibly an issue with the games renderer. I've had similar black screen issues before. the vanilla game doesn't always play nice with modern software. try the cncnet forums (you can also download their multiplayer client which has multiple built in renderers you can try out)

dw uinstalled it playing company of heroes 3 dont care anymore
