GAMEPLAY RESOLUTION FIX FOR YURI'S REVENGE (CONFIG FILE EDIT)

Right click game in library, click manage then browse local files. search for both RA2MD.INI and DDrawCompat.ini files. right click each of these and select edit, it opens the file in notepad. on RA2MD.INI under the video section replace whats listed with you actual monitor resolution.

for example my default video before change in RA2MD.INI

before:
ScreenWidth=1024
ScreenHeight=768

AFTER:
ScreenWidth=1920
ScreenHeight=1080

And my defalut video settings in DDrawCompat.ini before change. in this file specifically you are just adding the resolution not removing.

before:
SupportedResolutions = 640x400, 640x480, 800x600, 1024x768

After:
SupportedResolutions = 640x400, 640x480, 800x600, 1024x768, 1920x1080

then save the files each by ctrl + s or click file then click save.

once that is done just launch the game and enjoy. THE LAUNCHER AND IN-GAME MENU WILL NOT BE UPSCALED IN THE MONITOR RESOLUTION, BUT THE ACTUAL GAMEPLAY WILL BE IN THE HIGH RESOLUTION YOUR MONITOR ALLOWS as it is now in the configuration files.
