So uh any idea how scale the resolution to 1920x1080?

You used to be able to edit RA2.INI. I don't own this version but probably the same way will work

Set ScreenWidth=1920

Set ScreenHeight=1080

If its too small try 1280 x 720

Edit - I bought it, you have to edit DDrawCompat.ini also add what greg said to ra2.ini

That doesn't scale anything though. It just makes the sidebar and play field contain more stuff, and makes everything look smaller.

As far as I know there isn't a way so I used to play 720p

Its been a long time but this might work https://cncnet.org/red-alert-2 The fixes are also applied to the singleplayer but it may not be compatible with new steam version, I haven't tested.

I remember I used to play C&C1 and RA1 with openRA. I think I might have used cncnet for ra2 at one point.
