Is this on a subscription base?

Because Steam is not letting me directly buy it, but tehre is a subcription price on where teh Buy Now button would be.

You either need to buy the Ultimate Collection, or subscribe to EA Play to access the individual games.

There is no way to purchase individual games right now.

Yes, You DO NOT need to subscribe.
They just sell it all as a package, you cannot get the products independently.

Strange, but at the price it is at, you do get a lot of value for the money, even if you only play one of the games (but go ahead and play them all, at least once).

I previously bought a couple of the individual games on Steam (C&C3, RA3), so the bundle was even cheaper for me. Wanted to get RA2 and the others, so it was a no brainer to spend $6.

I've got EA Play so already have C&C and RA remastered, and have some of the others so I'd be buying the whole collection just to get RA2 (squids attacking boats!)
So not great value for me!
