How to heal?

You have to have MedKits to heal. (At least I'm pretty sure you do)

^ yup cant heal without medkits. wouldnt be much challenge there with free healing

There needs to be a no medkit mode imo. Medkits were waaaay too plenty during my playthrough. F is how I heal typically.

F is definetly the way to heal, that way you can keep an offensive usable in your MiddleMouse bind, such as adrenalin, and painkillers, both of which are very helpful when you are 40 blocks in and out of ammo. Adrenalin, health, adrenalin, health, a pure sprint for the last few blocks, until you hit a mutated group of the speedy armless!

Great game, and challenging when on the HARD modes ^.^
