How to do Athena's Butt Loop

Exactly what it says on the tin, how do I do Athena's Butt Loop (y'know, the one where she carries the opponent into the air by using her Phoenix Bomb over and over).

i am also having problem with this combo, i can only get one butt after the ex psycho ball then she get pushed back too far away to keep the butt loop going like the video.

My method :
I assume you're at player 1 side
close st C , dp C (1 hit) cancel into qcb AC, walk forward
then just as soon her fireball AC hits 3 times , press UP and immediately press LEFT + B
hold left and press B continuosly
without timing you'll get 5 hit, but if you can timing by delaying a bit, you can get 6 hit then qcb D ~ continue combo

you can also start this combo from close cr BB st A dp A ~ qcb AC or from cr C dp C ~ qcb AC
it also works from command throw, but it's too risky
