KoF XIII most recent tier list?

I've tried to look for some recent/updated tier lists in the internet a while ago, but I didn't find any relevant results at all

So, does anyone have the most up-to-date tier list or could at least comment the tier list in this thread?

I'd like to see how well the characters I use play in the competitive scene.
