Game runs at 60-63fps will this affect gameplay?

The game alternates between 60-63fps for me is this okay to play on?

Have you tried fixed framerate? The game is meant to run at 60 FPS anyways.

Yes i always have it set to fixed it's happening online too. I have 120hz monitor and am using the -r trick in launch options. Running in window mode.

yeah, i'm getting the same problem and reported it. it alternates between 62-63 fps with the -r mode in windowed. That's 2-3 fps faster than it should be, and that isn't OK offline or online.

its okay offline, you just won't get a consistant frame rate.

No it's not okay it means your game run ~5% faster. My 2 solutions are either to lower refresh rate to 60 or play fullscreen, which unfortunately add a slight input lag.
