For Billy you need to do at least 5 target actions per round.
I know that feel bred.
Are you sure? Gamefaqs says only 5 per match and I don't recall having to have to do so many for the consoles...
I did at least per 5 round before, but I'm unsure if I got 'S' ranks in the first three battles... no Saiki. At what point does the character jump in to challenge you if you've satisfied the prerequisites?
I think if you die with a character, those actions are not considered, so you need to do a whole 5 actions with your next character on the same round
But FOR SURE, TESTED, only 5 per round with a same character to get Saiki, and only 3 to get Saiki.
And now I find out that it was much easier.
ROUND or MATCH?
Because 5 per round is 15 per match, and that's a high demand.
Which means you do 2 actions, beat the current enemy, then do 2 more against the next opponent and so on.
A wiki somewhere said to do NO target actions...
