Hello everyone!

We have yet another update for you all!

Be sure to update your game on Steam. It should do so automatically (as long as you are not playing a game). But you can also double check to see if your version has updated by navigating to your KOFXIII local files in Steam, and looking for a file called "release-v1-3.txt" (it should be in the same directory as your "kofxiii.exe" file).

This update includes:
- Alt+F4 and Alt+tab fixes - some people told us they were experiencing some issues with this, we've made a couple tweaks, let us know how it goes!
- "Windowed Fullscreen" display mode now available in the Graphics Options menu!
- tweaks made to XInput controllers (eg. Xbox 360 controllers). People reported issues with the way directional inputs felt. Let us know if things feel better or not.

We're still looking into the other issues people are having. But for the mean time, enjoy this update!

As always another good update thank you SNKP for the continued support of this game. Loving the Windowed Fullscreen mode good stuff. :)

Edit: Any chance in looking into the -r option under launch options for 120hz users? It does not stay at a fixed 60 fps it alternates between 60-64 fps with -r in launch options.

XInput directionals... Only problem I've had was Robert's Gen'eikyaku (f, b, f + K) coming out as Ryuuren: Gen'eikyaku (hcf + K), but I think that's just because of the nature of d-pads. Will try out once I get home.

Whatever you guys did with Auto Resolution and Windowed Fullscreen, you guys did it. The game is playable on my laptop, there is some slowdown, but it's actually playable on my crappy little laptop. Thank you so much. All you guys need to do is some tiny tweaks so the game runs at consistant speed.

I have the same problem. Im currently using nvidiaInspector to reduce fps to 60 on my graphic card. It is solid 60 fps and not jumps like 59-63 fps with -r option.

I have also been using a similar program like that too called RadeonPro to limit the fps to 60 pretty handy but it would just be nice to not have to launch the app whenever i go to play KoF13 plus the screentearing it causes.

Still have problems with rapid input moves(eg. vulcan punch). Using Xinput controllers: Xbox 360 original, Logitech F310 and Razor Sabertooth. Either there is an issue with Xinput drivers, or the required input speed is slightly too high for a gamepad.

Thank you for the update. As it is now, I tend to get a stretched image on "windowed fullscreen" using a 16:10 screen. Maybe there's a way to add black bars on the windowed and windowed fullscreen for 16:10 people like they get on fullscreen mode. Thank you.
