KoF XIII Save Data Overwrites Issue Fix 2021

This is what I did. Steps 1 and 2 might not be necessary, but I took the extra caution just in case of it resetting my NEW progress.

1) Delete your save files: This PC > Local Disk (C/D/or any Disk directory your Steam is in) > Program Files (x86) > Steam > userdata > your 9 numbers id > 222940. Delete the whole 222940 file. Might not need to do this, I'm not sure.
2) Disable Steam Cloud. On Library, right click on KoF XIII > Properties > Uncheck "Keep games saves in the Steam Cloud". Might not need to do this, I'm not sure.
3) Go Offline Mode on Steam.
4) Open KoF XIII

I don't know how to play online with this "fix" though. I'm paranoid of it resetting my progress if I go online on Steam. You can still go online and play other games, but don't open Kof XIII. It might reset your progress. Go offline mode each time you want to play KoF XIII.

As I said before, you CAN'T play online if you want to progress. Sucks, but that's how it is. Good enough for me, I guess.

Thank you, I have succeeded in solving this problem, which troubles over 4 years. I can play this game online now.
