Absolutamente terrible registration/login system

Congratulations on messing up something so simple as the register/login system, guys!

You have horribly limited passwords (only lowercase letters and numbers accepted), and if the user don't see that and try to create an account with a password contained illegal characters, THE ACCOUNT IS CREATED but it becomes innacessible.

If you try to reset the password for that account you're out of luck, because the "I forgot the password link requires an email. Something you hadn't a chance to enter yet.

This is a terrible first impression.
