server connection lost

whenever I try to login, I type in my login and password then I select the server to play in
when I confirm that the game literally crashes and when I try to open it again I have towait for the full scan that always gets stuck a lot of time on download:nfs/1/13ffebb065aa76abde6fb8a.230036
then after half an hour when I can finally login in again, I get the same issue
