Best weapons, Tiers & recommendations
Well hi.

I have some generic questions about weapons...
Right now i have some tier4 blueprints but only have crafted tier3 (so i guess i'll have to "buy" a t4).

But, do u think is a good idea to craft a tier4? or i should wait to find a tier5 blueprint (also, it can be possible if i'm using tier3 weapons?).

i couldn't find a list of "best weapons" in the game so... can you give me a little advice before crafting/buying weapons? (i can craft some T4 but i don't want my points to be wasted in a weapon that ill not use for a considerable time).

My main is fuse(lvl20) and i'm lvl4 right now (so, i guess im looking for heavy and long range weapons).

thnks! :counting:

Alright. Im gonna provide some information which took me quite some time to figure out before I answer your questions.

There are different tiers of weapons.1-6 and in t2 onwards, there are different grades of weapons.
Formidable, Lethal, Perfect, Legendary. Formidable being normal and legendary being the best.

So

Yes. Tier 4 is a long way from Tier 5 and in order to get Tier 4 lethal grade and above weapons, you must equip a Tier 4. No, you must equip a Tier 4 weapon to get Tier 5. Your loot drop is determined by the highest tier weapon you have equipped.
Example : I equip a Tier 4 melee and a Tier 2 pistol. My loot drop is T4 and above.

Btw, if you didnt know, each weapon have levels as well. You'll need to level them up

There's a weapon list here : http://epidemicking.com/workbench/weapons/

Thank you so much for the answer.

Till' now i have some lethal and perfect 1-3T blueprints.
so.. quite simple answer for me:

craft the best weapon in your inventory and keep looking for legendary blueprints.

quick question:

What do u recomend...
rifle, shotgun or pistols (for all game modes).

i have been using rifles till now, but they are so slow and are not very usefull in scavenger or hard PvE modes, are shotguns faster? and what about the pistol. in my inventory i have (Tier4):

Tedy guns: 210 power (pistol)
Flashlight rifle: 237 power (rifle)
Street soaker: 237 power (shotgun)

im aware of additional attributes but i just want to know which one is more usefull in most of the times.

I should have just said this.

Some information before I start again. In case you didnt know,

Passive Perk (#) works also anytime.
Active Perk (the weird squared symbol) only works when you attack with that weapon.

It depends on your playstyle. i'll just give examples using Fuse.

Rifle: Use it if you can keep track of your direct. Slow them down with your foam and shoot, Rocket jump stun them and shoot.
Overall, awesome dmg. low attack speed. low mobility

Shotgun: Backpedal and keep shooting. Crit seems good with shotgun. You can also ignite them with your character perk.Personally it seems to fit in with Fuse very nicely. Overall, good attack speed. good dmg, good mobility

Pistol : Backpedal, foam, ignite and spray. Atk speed and crit is the way to go. Best kiting ability out of all 3. Saw a Fuse took on 2 people and won ( It was T5-6 match ) Overall, low dmg, high attack speed, high mobility

Tier 4 is a good weapon set to get your hands on. If your like playing scavenger tier 4 is a pretty good spot right now for balance of stats and queue times.
I'm currently tier 5 getting close to tier 6 but i still just use tier 4 weapons and have pretty much instent queues and still do well ingames with tier5 and even tier 6 players. If you know your classes role and play it well you can still domiate in a match if your make smart map movments.
Pistols are probably the best guns to use in scavenger and even heoric mode because of their ability to kite a target. They also have nice burst damage with their 3rd secondary attack.

I really don't understand the Tier system. I crafted and carry a Tier 5 weapon, but I don't get Tier 5 item drops on Horde missions, only on scavanger. If that is the usual thing then its going to take forever to craft another weapon.

I had Tier 4, my weapon was Hazardous (Fist weapon Tier 4), but the max Tier of loot I could get was 4. For over 50 hrs on Tier 4 I did not get zombie glue a single time. Now I'm Tier 5, but i still get Resin glue.. I just don't get it.

bear in mind, that Scavenger (PvP) will always award the highest tier - by weapon used - while PvE modes do have a cap. I don't know about tutorial and Scout (probably 2, maybe even tier 1), Horde caps at t4, while Heroic has no cap (t6)

To get t5/t6 drops, you have to play Heroic or Scavenger.

Some Best-In-Slot Tier 4 weapons you might want to have:

Fists: Pawsomes
Light Weapon: Reinforced Fireaxe/Katana
Pistol: Bayonet Pistols (Blueprint available in the shop, very solid range weapon)
Rifle: Sniper Rifle (Available in shop, provides awesome offensive stats for DDs)
Shotgun: Bottled Shotgun

Best stats on weapons, from best to worst:

Critical, Attack Speed, Fury, Block, Stamina, Focus, Defence, Life Leech

For damage dealer characters, you should focus on Crit, Attack Speed. Fury and Focus might come in handy too.
For Healers, you either build them like damage dealers, or into durable tanks. Some character abilities might crit, for instance Wanta Q.
A good tank should have a lot of Block. Additional stats that might come in handy are: Focus, Stamina and Defence.

im surprised no one mentioned the fact that your workbench needs to be high enough level to craft certain tiers. it doesnt matter if your character can equip t6 or if you have high tier blueprints, if your workbench can only craft t3 then you can only use t3 unless you buy premiums which are horrible and not worth it.and there are no best weapons in the game, only which weapons fit the play style you want.

that's bc people should already know that :f2_happy:

btw, thnks for your first replies, i started to use pistols (since jun) and they kinda rock. stop using rifles bc they are to slow.

best advice: look all the attributes before crafting.

i can craft tier5-6 but haven't found any good weapons yet.
2 months ago (before some updates) was easier to find blueprints.
