Can you host your own server now?

I was introduced to an achievement tracker site and when i checked on this game i see people getting achievements in 2018 so i wondered how it was possible.

This is the list of players sorted by the last achievement unlocked date.

sadly? noone is affected by their cheat. further, cheating achievements for agame which is dead and will never be achievable is understandable
