Laser obscures your vision, flashlight is more like blinding. Neither one will truly blind you.

yes it can partially blinds you, the laser/flashlight emitted by the enemy appear like a big halo of light, make it difficult to clearly see where the enemy is.

Flashlights are made for blinding and should only be used before going into rooms or around a corner as you give up your possition if you run around with it on all the time.If the enemy have NVG on he will be blinded good. Without NVG on it still takes away that 1 second cause the enemy can have difficulties seeing if you are enemy or friend (doenst matter on non-FF servers)
Lazer is just a "fancy" gadget id say...Easy for enemy to detect you.

Lasers, and Flashlights are pointless in the game in fact the lasers are more of a distraction as when you run your laser beam goes everywhere and can potentially blind a teammate, flashlights are really only useful in PVP other then that they just blind teammates cause people run around with them on like idiots.
