TS keeps lowering volume?

Not sure why but when I start up Insurgency, or even after I get the sound back to normal, start a new match, the volume in TS keeps lowering. Anyone have this issue as well?

Right click the volume button in your taskbar, playback devices, communications, do nothing.

Seems to be a common thing I have with pretty much all Steam at least source games as of late.

You need to go to you windows audio settings (via control panel) and uncheck anything that says"allow applications to take exclusive control" - advanced tab on Playback device.
