360 Security antivirus blocking the game

I just downloaded Insurgency. My antivirus - 360 Total Security - said that game files (insurgency.exe and 3 more) are malware. So I opened admin profile and got them out of quarantine. But insurgency.exe still doesn't work as it can't find SDL2.dll (which is also now NOT in quarantine) and work properly. How do I fix this?

Steam Client, library, right click on insurgency, properties, local files, "Verify integrity of game cache..."

Thanks, I just did that. offed the anti and redownloaded cache. That helped.
