MSI Laptop owners help needed?
I have a MSI GT70 16 GB RAM GTX780M and for some weird reason the hybrid power nos overclocker wont work for this game? I only getting 18fps at best. There is no way to physically turn this on as it does it automatically.

any ideas? Thanks in advance

I have no idea about this, but have you tried reading some of these? http://steamcommunity.com/app/222880/discussions/search/?q=msi+laptop

I'm not an expert and I only took a few min of research but it sounds like NOS is dependent on whether your battery is 30% or more charged and or pluged in to an AC adapter.

Maybe you could do somthing about it in the power settings. Have you looked into giving the GPU and or CPU Max Power? Offten the defult power setting is set to somthing like "Balanced."

Are you sure the game is actually running on the discrete card and not integrated graphics? I had to force using my GE70's card as there was no driver profile for Insurgency.

Hey thanks for the tips all, seems forcing the graphics to the card was the trick needed

Good that it worked. It's something to keep in mind for every new game - If you have an Optimus system and haven't set it to use the discrete graphics by default (Which kind of defeats the point of it), it'll use the lame integrated graphics until the game has a driver profile.
Dave, the GT70's power button changes colors when the GPU is being used to help render andy particular program. If it doesn't change colors when you start up a game make sure to make a profile for that game under the nvidia control panel specifying it use the GPU.
