How to delete select sound mods in a soundmod pack?

Hello is there a way to delete a specific sound in a sound mod? For example there's a mod called "Realistic Weapon Soundmod" but theres a few weapon like the M249 or the FAL that has a lot of bass or its just that i dont like that sound. Is there a way to delete that specific weapon sound in the soundmod in the file. Also is there a way for me to create my own sound mod by using and mixing other sound mods from the Steam Workshop?

i would go to the file location of the sound mod, copy the contents to new file.
delete the weapon sounds i dont want, then reupload to workshop and subscribe.

Hello sorry but how can i find the sound mod file? I tried using the custom sounds guide above but i got completely lost.

Look in Steam\SteamApps\workshop\content\222880 or Steam\SteamApps\common\insurgency2\insurgency\custom\workshop (thx Arc <3)
