How can I know the ammo left in my magazine?

Actually, whenever I use rifles other than m/c gun, I always have to be worried about it's remaining ammo . Is there any mod that would give me the real time count?

There are some servers that have ammo counters. Other than that, count your shots and mag changes.

Unfortunately, I think the mods are all on the server side through sourcemod plugins. These are all public and available through a number of git repos, but unless you're wanting to setup a dedicated server you're out of luck. Join a community server that is running the plugin, start a server that has it, or go without.

just keep a mental counter in your head lol, estimate how much you have left in a mag after you've fired.

On auto type of guns it's hard to count, but on semi, I always do count. My counter sometimes can be broken, but at least I have use for all mags at full potential.

Well, if we talk about vanilla guns:

AKM, AKS74U, AK74, M16A4, M4A1, MP5K, MK18, galil - 30+1 in magazine (Galil has drum mag upgrade, which is 75+1 rounds in it)
AC-556, M1A1, SKS, FAL, M14, L1A1 - 20+1 in magazine (FAL, L1A1 and M1A1 have upgrade to 30+1 extended magazine)
M590 - 8 shells, TOZ - 7 Shells
makarov - 10+1, m45/m1911 - 7+1 (extended mag - 15+1)
RPK - 75+1, M249 - 200
M40A1 & MOSIN - 5(+1?)

Correct me if I am wrong.

Also, hint for burst type of weapon - m16a4. Since it's 30 mag - 10 shots of burst and mag is empty.
