Report a translation problem
There has to be a better way, I mean what if you decide not to play on a fully moded server but now stuck in a loop if you are unwiling to download the Workshop content.
Go to the DoI folder in "SteamLibrary > steamapps > common" on your PC and see if there's any file called "state_workshop.txt". That text document lists the workshop content active in your game. Each mod should have a numerical ID and a description. Search for the number of the mod you want to remove in "SteamLibrary > steamapps > workshop > content" and it should get you to the folder containing that mod. Delete it.
If you've already unsubscribed from that item in Steam's workshop, it should be gone for good.
