How to use a PS4 controller?

I tried playing the game normally the screen keeps spinning, i tried going big picture mode the controls are horrible such as the right stick is shooting instead of changing camera etc now i tried using DS4 windows but camera kept spinning and terrible controls again pls any help?

1) i dont advise you to play insurgency with controller
2) windows does not support ps4 controller, so you need an xbox emulator

Okay thanks, im playing with a controller because i cant play with a Mouse couse of medical condition.

Tried SCP,Input mapper and DS4Windows none of them worked wtf O.o

I use scp! (With a ps3 controller..i dont see why it would be any different for ps4) Works like a charm. I use x360ce for anti-deadzones only.

Try to use motionInJoy, it works for me in many games

Hahahah a friend of mine told me to use it and teached me how to configurate it xd. Now im using an xbox controller so i dont need it anymore

Im actuelly trying the xbox controller right now and it works perfectly, problem tho.. whenever i try to change my zoom_sensitivity_ratio_joystick in the config file its not changing ingame idk what to do...
