Can i run this game ?

[Alfa Romeo 156 WTCC]

My specs are :
CPU- Intel Celeron mobile dual core 1.4 ghz 2055U
GPU- intel HD graphics Haswell
4gb ram.
When i look at the screenshots it looks like i cant run it. I play war thunder perfectly good on low settings at 50-60 fps
Cs Go at 30+ fps
So i was wondering will i run insurgency it looks alot of fun :) Thanks in advance.

Cs at 30? Yea u probs cant run it... the maps on insurgency is a lot bigger than cs... u may run some maps on rlly low settings and res... besides tht it wont b fun xD... but then again steam does do refunds soo give it a try.... refund rule is 2 hrs of game time and u got 14 days until refund expires

To be fair i dont get it either War thunder is heavier and i get double the fps. Guess i will try :) thanks for the replies. Hope i can run it.

WT is one of the best optimized games I have ever played. Playing it on the old graphics card mode easily doubled my fps on a potato laptop to around 80-120.

This game is not as well optimized. 30fps on CSGO probably won't run Insurgency.

yes you deffiantly can run it. I'm also on a ♥♥♥♥♥♥ laptop but the one thing that really helps alot is using a good config file. Before the config i would be getting 25-50 FPS on low settings. With the config you will average 60 FPS. For example on Ministry i used to get around 30 FPS and now with the config i get around 100 FPS, 70 on average but when the sprinklers go off, then that really kills your FPS.

No ♥♥♥♥. I thought i bought a dell alienware :D. Nah its a old laptop that was from the low from the begginig. I hope i can get my old rig up and running and upgrade it.
