Addons not showing up in Workshop folder.

So I subscribed to some mods for this game, and I was expecting them to be installed in the Workshop folder. However, upon checking the folder out for mods, I found no VPK's in it, and before you guys ask, it's not a map mod so it shouldn't be anywhere else. Anyone know why this is the case?

The thing that really boggles me the most is the fact the mods work fine, but they are somehow absent from the Workshop folder, only a file called "Sound" is present.

Yes, if you read the last part, they work in game so based on that it is installed.

There are 2 Workshop directories, the old one:
"..\steamapps\common\insurgency2\insurgency\maps\workshop"

And currently used one:
"..\steamapps\workshop\content\222880"
