Motion blur help or don't help FPS

If I want higher FPS will motion blur help? Or will it make my FPS worse?

U can try to see if there a different but it eat up my CPU if i turn it on

he means it will make it worse, you CPU(Central Proscessing unit) runs the game and your GPU(Graphics Processing Unit) or graphics card processes the information giving to it by the CPU to make video and sends it either back to the CPU which then sends it to your monitor or the GPU sends it straight to your monitor.

Because of the extra visual effect, it would most likely be adversely affecting your fps rather than boosting it.
Besides motion blur makes the game even harder because of the blurred vision.
