best linux server guide in 2020?

Can we also discuss how to Run it in Proton.
I was able to to install and run it, changing the settings ( right click > Properties > checkbox Force the use of a Specific Steam Play compatibility tool > Proton 5.0-9 and it ran.
But i cannot see it in the Server Browser or know how that worked and how to configure it now that it is running.

honestly the LinuxGSM process has been relatively EZPZ and I think most of your needed config options are going to be easier to set that way

I just got my server up and I'm customizing the theater/mods now.
