Where are Mac Crash Logs?

Running on iMac OS X Yosemite v10.10

Where are the called crash logs on the mac?

I have been posting to another thread in regards to crash issues, seemingly on deaf ears.

Crash issues:
Post August Update
-Crash every time Heights loaded (after about a minute of play).
-Crash every 1 or 2 map change

Post October Update
-Heights surprisingly works (so far)
-Crash on Market
-Crash on District (weird rainbow textures start to appear just before crash)
-Crash on every map change
I'm sure there are other maps that crash, but those are the main ones I have noticed


I'd LOVE to help out with supplying crash info to developers for resolving these ever so abundant crashes on Macs–in addition to giving all the other Mac users out there some peace of mind that maybe something is being done–but as of yet I do not know where these crash logs are found.

The closest I get is:
Library/Application Support/Steam

In the steam folder there is a folder called "logs". However, I do not think any of these logs are crash relevant, let alone Insurgency relevant.

I see NO dump folder as this thread (to which I have been posting) suggests it can be found:

They suggest this path for the crash logs/dumps:
C:/Program Files/Steam/dumps

However, that is clearly for windows.

Once I can find where these crash logs are, I can post them to where they said to post:

Then hopefully they have a better idea of how to resolve it. As of yet there has been little indication as to whether or not they acknowledge or are working on these problems on the mac platform, so it seems like they don't have enough information regarding those crashes.

I am actually having the same issue (game crashes after every new map load), with the same operating system: OS X Yosemite (10.10). I also cannot locate any crash logs.

Please help patch these problems for Mac.

The game is borderline unplayable for us, even for those of us with devices with the technical specs to run the game on high quality. The crashes are a constant problem, but there are other pressing issues.

The UI for the Mac version is terrible. Server lists windows shrink and are way too small to be readable. The weapon setup menu also is buggy and the mouse cursor disappears at random times.

The maps with dimly lit areas (just about every single one) are entirely pitch black on Macs. It seems to be a common problem. This makes it impossible for any of us to spot enemies or even navigate properly in the dimly lit areas. Thus, night maps are impossible for us + night vision is absolutely broken for Macs as well. You can't see anything at times in these dim areas because everything looks like pitch black.
