insurgency.exe - System Error (SDL2.dll missing) [NEVERMIND, IT'S BEEN RESOLVED]

So I just tried to open Insurgency and got the following System Error message:
"The program can't start because SDL2.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem."

I checked C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\insurgency2, and SDL2.dll was still in there, plain to see.

I think it might have something to do with how I, earlier today, installed Fallout 3 GOTYE and had to fix some issues related to Fallout 3 not being compatible with Windows 8.

If anyone can shed some light on this, I'd appreciate it. For now, I'm going to re-install the game as suggested (when I get a chance), and I will give an update as to whether or not that worked.

HOLD THE PHONE! Just figured out what's going on. So earlier today I wanted a shortcut to Insurgency on my desktop, so I went into the insurgency2 folder and copied insurgency.exe to my desktop. For some reason, you get this error when you try to run insurgency.exe from the desktop, but if you click insurgency.exe from within the insurgency2 folder, or just click play from in your Steam library, it works just fine.

So, there was no real issue at all. I could delete this topic, but I think I'll leave it up just in case someone crazy like me makes a similar mistake in the future.
