Loss of all audio/sound. Restart of game required.

Occasionally, I will lose all audio. It's occurred say 3-4 times in the last month. Opening console shows 100's of error messages. "Max channels reached" or something to that effect. I have a picture of the console which I will try to add later. Is there a log I can pull if/when it happens again that would be useful to you? I use a logitech G35 headset, drivers should be up to date. I can get you any of my system specs you are interested in.

Experience wise, everything is normal then there is an instantaneous and total loss of all audio. Doesn't seem to be tied to any particular event in game. Best guess, it might be occurring when lots of sound sources are active/activating at the same time. It's occurred during intense firefights and on respawn/round start.

do you have subcript to a sound mod ?

also, OP, do you have multichannel audio set ? if yes, try to set everything (even on OS/drivers) to stereo.

I have a Logitech G35, I'll try swapping the headset to stereo mode. It's not really as big deal since it only happens ocassionally. If that doesn't work, I have the command.
