HELP file urlmon.dll & secur32.dll blocked or corropted

i cant start the game because my Battleye has this two files blocked by what its saying in the messages that shows it the error box

These DLLs should belong to the Windows OS but might be corrupted or might be a malware.

Run full malware scan of your system, repair your system or reinstall it.
