Please Help Me with Battleye installation

I downloaded Insurgency and launched for the first time. The Battleye launcher popped up but then it said failed to install. I accidentally click don't remind me.
I've been finding the solution. But when I re-install Battleye by clicking the Install_Battleye.bat (run as adminstator), the Battleye Laucher just stuck at "Installing Battleye service". I've waited an hour and it is just like that, doing nothing.
Can someone help me?(Sorry if i made some mistake in my English)

Hey, I had something like that. Battleye support faq says to delete "disk->steam->steamapps->common->insurgency2->battlEye". Than re-install it by checking insurgency file complication in steam. If it doesnt help some turned on programs are blocking the battleye. Try to turn off Antivirus, it helped me. gl hf
