Disconnected by VAC: You cannot play on secure servers

So I have this problem when I try to play online after 5min, and I have already tried to do everything that this link says "https://support.steampowered.com/kb_article.php?ref=2117-ILZV-2837"

The computer is new and I don't have any of the programs that they say can conflicy with the vac.

this is the message that appears, but I have the game and steam in the exceptions of the firewall

Any solutions to this problem?
