How do I delete mods from custom servers?

Apparently custom servers install workshop mods, and Steam reinstalls them whenever I delete the files, so how do I delete it?

make sure u closer ur steam first
go in steam/steamapp/workshop/ (Where your steam installed)
look for appworkshop_222880.acf and delete it
then go in content folder and look for 222880 folder and delete it
also make sure ur insurgency/custom folder have nothing in there

That will completely wipe all the workshop
When u start steam it will download mods that u subscribe over again
But not the one from custom server or anything else

did this and it removed the crazy things from the custom server that i got on but now some of my guns are blue errors and the pictures for them in the armory menu is like, low poly pictures of foliage
