according to the US Army's M136 AT4 manual user, the minimum arming distance of the rocket is 10 meters (33 feet)

RPG-7V2s have arming distances as well. I hope both get implemented, they shouldn't be used for cheap suicide kills or make do as instant C4s. That's a waste of a team's resources.

I obviously agree 100%. I wish they'd add it to Insurgency. They could just use 10 meters for both, since the RPG-7 arms at around 11 meters. the Russian rounds use the G force of main rocket motor ignition, along with a 4.92 second pyrotechnic delay fuse (which explodes the round at approximately 992 meters) to "arm" the piezoelectric fuse (sort of the way the G-Force patches used by Myth Busters worked). This happens at 11 meters on the RPG-7. Not all rockets have the safety though. Many copies of RPG rockets "omit" the safety. The Najef rocket is PARTICULARLY DANGEROUS in this regard (poor quality control and NO safeties).
